Creator of Outstanding Entertainment Center Plans
Over the years we have designed many complete family entertainment centers. Each one contained specific and unique parameters that ranged from environmental, topographic, traffic, zoning drainage, neighborhood relationships and related issues, and specific Client established parameters.
From the start we establish a close working relationship with the Client and his project team to identify initial concept, goals and expectations. Some have done extensive research, own or have established the site they plan to develop. We can provide concept development, master planning, feasibility studies, final design and preparation of construction plans and specifications.
Each project is unique and targeted toward creation of a successful family entertainment center.

282 Family Fun Park - Caron, Saskatchewan (Phase One Opening 2021)
Phase One of this seasonal outdoor family entertainment center opened as an 18 fairway miniature golf course. Ultimately planned to expand into a full family entertainment center as funding became available we created an overall concept, final design and preparation of construction plans and specification for the 18 fairway miniature golf course, 835-foot-long reversible family road course go-kart track, dual Water Wars, outdoor soft play, picnic pavilion, a sand volleyball court, a bunny corral, and point-of-sales building. Long range dreams include a future country store.
Adventure Park - Lubbock, Texas (Opened 2019)
The Client employed us to develop outdoor attractions for a complete redesign of a closed former FEC. We create a concept. developed final design and prepared construction plans and specifications for two 18-hole miniature golf courses, both ADA accessible, 10-boat bumper boat pond with docking pockets, islands, and chase channels, electric bumper boats, bocce ball courts, rehabilitation plans for existing go-kart track, placement of gravity towers with ropes course in one miniature golf course, and floorplan for point of sales building with a game room.
.A & K Miniature Golf Course and Fun Center - Cambridge, Minnesota (Opened late spring 2019)
This FEC includes a point of sales building with birthday party room and game room, 18-hole miniature golf course, Dual WaterWars and sand volleyball court.

18 Fairway Themed Miniature Golf Course
These attractions were designed to expand the existing attraction mix for long established golf course. Our firm developed concepts, final design and construction plans and specifications for an 835 foot electric (battery powered) family road course go-kart track go-kart track with dual pit and reversible direction of operation features plus an 18-fairway ADA compliant themed miniature golf course. The project was placed on hold due to the Pandemic and is currently awaiting construction funding.

55,000 sf Indoor attractions building
Pinballz - Austin, Texas
Project Included developing a masterplan for the acquisition of 55,000 s.f. unit adjacent to an existing indoor FEC. which included a 6,000 s.f. laser tag arena, escape rooms, birthday party rooms, meeting rooms, a bar area, point-of-sales areas and final design and preparation of construction plans and specification for a 470-foot-long electric (battery-powered) go-kart track.

Helios Family Entertainment Park - Danang, Vietnam
Working as part of Project team we developed concept, final design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for an outdoor 14-bumper boat pond with a Battle Zone and a 1,000-foot river channel for a boat school.
We also developed concept through final design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for an indoor second floor 750-foot reversible indoor electric (battery-powered) family road course go-kart track with dual pitting.

New Family Entertainment Center (Opened 2013)
Fort Frenzy - Fort Dodge, Iowa
This project included development of a Feasibility Study, creating an indoor/outdoor Concept through final design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for a new indoor/outdoor family Entertainment center that included converting a vacant 25,000 s.f. industrial building into an Indoor attractions building containing offices, point of sales, redemption store, mini-lane bowling alley, 7,000 s.f. skating rink/banquet hall, Highway 66 mini-bowling alley, a laser tag, bumper cars, birthday party rooms, toddler area/parents' lounge, food service areas and game room.
Outdoor attractions included an 850-foot electric (battery-powered) family road course go-kart track designed to operate in both directions, 18-hole ADA accessible miniature golf course, eight boat bumper boat pond with battle zone features, and outdoor stage.

Victory Fun Park - Lewisburg, Tennessee (Opened 2013)
This FEC project consists of a nine-hole miniature golf course, a parking lot, and a small clubhouse and game room. Future expansion plans called for a second nine-hole course, dual Water Wars and a children's play area.
Zoomers Amusement Park - Fort Myers, Florida (Opened 2012)
Our firm assisted Owner in initial evaluation of an abandoned 18 acre FEC .that went into bankruptcy 90 days before opening to determine its potential. We evaluated the existing complete and partially completed facility, performed a Feasibility Study (project was feasible); developed master plan and overall Concept, developed design, construction plans and specifications for an 850 foot family road course go-kart track, 300 foot “Adult slick road course go-kart track, 18 fairway ADA compliant miniature golf course, redesigned an existing bumper boat pond to operate electric powered bumper boats, dual WaterWars, old time mining sluice, mini coaster, drop structure and rehabilitation or replacement of existing midway flat rides. recommended demolition of partially constructed elevated wooden go-kart track and ground level track
We also developed a new floor plan for the existing 13,500 square foot two story building, including food service, game room, point of sales ,redemption center and party rooms, developed park drainage and lighting systems and upgraded existing parking lots.

Tree Top Family Adventure - Birmingham, Alabama
We performed Feasibility Study, developed Concept, final design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for this full indoor outdoor family entertainment center consisting of an 18,000 s. f. indoor attractions building with offices, point of sales, Highway 66 mini-lane bowling , laser tag arena, soft play structure, toddler area/parents' lounge, birthday party rooms,
